		<description>Excellent post!  How many times am I reminded that I need to trust God they way I expect my kids to trust me.  I know what is better, I know what they need, they need to know that I love them and wish them no harm.  Just like God.  Only He is perfect and He does  not make mistakes.  Thanks for the reminder, again!</description>

		<description>I believe your responsibility would be to go to the church leadership (e.g., deacons, elders, board members) and inform them of the situation. Then it would be there responsibility to confront him, remove him from leadership, and counsel him to end the relationship. Would I do that? I&#039;m not sure. 

If I did tell the leadership and nothing was done, my responsibility remains, but I&#039;m not sure what course of action would be left to me. It hardly seems right to take it upon myself to &quot;out&quot; him to his family.</description>
