The case of the transgender fiancé

The case of the transgender fiancé:

They attended the church regularly; she had grown up in the church. In the premarital sessions the pastor began to have questions.  He met with the man alone to ask if he was homosexual only to have him tell the pastor that he was a woman who was nearing completion of his surgeries to be a man.  Asked if his fiance knew, “he” said she did not and he didn’t want her to ever know.  What was the pastor to do?
